Copyright & Intellectual Property

All original artwork created by Arty Flare, together with photographs, images and other original content created by the artist, remains protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

Artwork and images may not be copied, reproduced, altered, distributed, sold or used commercially without written permission from Arty Flare, except where permitted by law.

Different copyright arrangements may apply to commissioned artwork. Commissioned work is subject to the separate Commission Agreement, which must be accepted before a commission is confirmed.

Prices & Orders

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices may change without notice, but any price already agreed for a confirmed order or commission will not be changed retrospectively.

For ready-to-purchase artwork and products, an order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
